THOUGHT FOR THE DAY:

GOD’S PERFECT LOVE NEVER FAIILS OR FALLS AWAY…..

God tells you in His Word that He HAS always loved you and WILL always love you—a love that is truly ETERNAL and UNENDING. Nothing can ever separate you from His LOVE, and there is nothing you can do to make Him love you MORE and nothing you can do to make Him love you any LESS. His love is truly AMAZINIG! HUMAN love can be POWERFUL and FAITHFUL, but it still falls SHORT of the perfect love GOD has for you. It has been said that you can’t out-GIVE God, and that’s true of LOVE as well! First Corinthians 13 is a wonderful chapter because it gives a glimpse into God’s love, which NEVER fails. All the loves on the earth either fall away or FAIL from time to time, but not God’s PERFECT love. That is a wonderful thing to KNOW and something to model your OWN love and life after.

…I have loved you with an everlasting love; therefore, with lovingkindness I have drawn you.

THOUGHT FOR THE DAY:

WAITING ON GOD IS NOT LIKE WAITING ON ANYONE ELSE, HE ALWAYS KEEPS HIS PROMISES…..

Even when you are busy, you can choose to be PATIENT. Nobody really likes to wait around for something to happen, especially if it’s something they really want to see come to pass. But God says that people who TRUST in Him need to WAIT on Him. Waiting is hard, but here’s the good part: waiting on God is not like waiting on anyone else in your life because God NEVER fails to keep His WORD! If you’re asking God for something right now or hoping that He will fulfill your DREAMS, just keep praying and holding on. Don’t give up on God. If it’s not happening on YOUR timetable, REMIND yourself, “God KNOWS what He is doing. He has my best interest at heart. I wouldn’t be having this delay unless God had a very good REASON for it.” Rest assured that it will be in God’s PERFECT timing.

THOUGHT FOR THE DAY:

SOWING SEED IS NOT JUST A ONE-TIME EFFORT, IT’S A PART OF EVERYDAY LIFE

In farming, the seed always PRECEDES the harvest—and that’s true in our lives as well. In other words, if you want to reap HAPPINESS, then you have to sow SEEDS by making OTHER people happy. If you want to reap FINANCIAL blessings, you have to SOW financially. If you want to reap FRIENDSHIPS, you have to be a good friend FIRST. Sowing seed is not just a one-time effort, it’s an important part of EVERYDAY life. Instead of focusing on YOUR need, worrying about how it’s going to work out and living frustrated, look for ways you can sow a SEED. Be more SEED-oriented than NEED-oriented. Can you give an ENCOURAGING word to someone who’s DOWN? Is there someone you can PRAY for? Are you investing quality TIME with your loved ones? If you’ll dare to SOW a seed in your time of NEED, God will do more than you can ask or think!

THE FORCES THAT ARE FOR YOU, ARE GREATER THAN THE FORCES THAT ARE AGAINST YOU

Have you ever noticed that you often face your greatest ATTACKS when you’re about to give birth to the DREAMS God placed in your heart? The enemy waits until you’re CLOSE to the PROMOTION, close to the BREAKTHROUGH. He’ll strike when you’re just about to step up to a new level. Don’t be surprised if you face opposition or go through a DISAPPOINTMENT. Perhaps a friend whom you were counting on isn’t there. Or, it’s taking LONGER than you EXPECTED. That simply means you’re ABOUT to give birth to what God has placed in your HEART. The GOOD news is, the forces that are FOR you are GREATER than the forces that are against you. Your DESTINY cannot be stopped by a bad break, by disappointments, by opposition or by other PEOPLE. God ALWAYS causes you to TRIUMPH. He says, “NO weapon formed against you will EVER prosper.”

GOD CAN TAKE WHAT IS BROKEN AND MAKE IT WHOLE AGAIN….

God is the provider of EVERY good and perfect GIFT. Although you may have some obstacles in your path right NOW, THANK the Lord for the STRENGTH He gives you to OVERCOME them. Thank God CONTINUALLY for all of the GIFTS He showers on you, both big AND small. If you wrote down all your BLESSINGS, you would fill up every piece of paper that you own, and THEN some! Instead of focusing on the parts of your life that are NOT going as planned, CHOOSE to FOCUS on the GOOD things that God has put in your life. Remember, GOD can take what is broken and make it WHOLE again.

THOUGHT FOR THE DAY:

GOD PROMISES TO LEAD AND GUIDE YOU INTO PATHS OF PEACE, JOY AND EVERLASTING LIFE

God has the WISDOM, the GUIDANCE and the DIRECTION we need for our lives, but it does NOT happen automatically. All throughout the day, we should be ACKNOWLEDGING God, asking for His HELP, seeking His WISDOM, following His COMMANDS and thanking Him for His GOODNESS. In the morning, we should wake up and say, “Father, I commit this DAY, my PLANS and my FUTURE into YOUR hands. Make the path clear, show me what to DO and give me the WORDS to speak.” When you start the day like THIS, God promises to crown your day with SUCCESS. When you are driving on the freeway say, “Father, thank You for keeping me SAFE.” At the office say, “Lord, help me to be FOCUSED and PRODUCTIVE today.” At home, “Father, bless my CHILDREN.” Before you go to bed, “Lord, THANK YOU for a good night’s rest.” When you’re acknowledging Him in ALL your ways, He PROMISES to LEAD and GUIDE you into paths of PEACE, JOY and everlasting LIFE!

THOUGHT FOR THE DAY:

SHOW GOD’S LOVE AND GOODNESS WHEREVER YOU GO….

Everywhere you go these days, people are hurting and discouraged; many have made mistakes; their lives are in a mess. They need to feel God’s COMPASSION and His unconditional LOVE. Is YOUR heart of compassion open to them? Do you take time to make a difference in OTHERS’ lives? God has given you a heart of COMPASSION, but you must decide to keep it OPEN and allow the love of God to flow through you to those AROUND you. In order to experience God’s abundant LIFE, you must keep your FOCUS on helping OTHER people. Don’t allow the enemy to keep you so busy that you overlook the needs of those AROUND you. Make a decision to show God’s love and goodness WHEREVER you go. Be on the LOOKOUT for people you can BLESS. Go out of your way to show God’s COMPASSION, and as you do, YOU will rise HIGHER and experience the BEST plan God has for YOUR life!

THOUGHT FOR THE DAY:

DON’T CARRY AROUND YESTERDAY’S MISTAKES ANY LONGER….

You may have made a lot of mistakes, but the GOOD news is, you don’t have to carry that around with you. That’s part of what the Scripture means when it says that God’s MERCIES are new every morning. God’s MERCY and FORGIVENESS are available to you EVERY day. His COMPASSIONS NEVER fail. He makes a fresh NEW batch every single morning. Do you know why? Because He knew you were going to use up all that He made yesterday! That means that as soon as you call on Him and REPENT and change your ways, God pours out His COMPASSION and FORGIVENESS. Simply open your heart and RECEIVE it. Do you feel like there’s something between you and God right NOW? Take a moment and call on His FAITHFULNESS. Call on His MERCY. Ask for His FORGIVENESS. Don’t carry around YESTERDAY’S mistakes ANY longer. Let Him REFRESH and RESTORE your soul right NOW. PRAISE Him and THANK Him for the work He is doing in your life and enjoy a fresh, NEW beginning TODAY!

THOUGHT FOR THE DAY:

PRAISE IS A SUPERNATURAL FORCE THAT CAUSES YOU TO STAND STRONG IN FAITH…..

God promised Abraham that he would be the father of many nations—that his heirs would outnumber the stars in the sky. Abraham waited twenty YEARS to see his promise. I’m sure there were many times he thought, “I must not have HEARD God right. It’s NEVER going to happen. Besides, I’m too OLD to have a child.” But the Bible says, “He grew strong in FAITH by giving PRAISE and THANKSGIVING to God.” Instead of complaining, I can hear him saying, “Father, I want to THANK You that You are at WORK in my life. Even though this LOOKS impossible, I know You always FINISH what You start. Thank You that my child IS on the way.” PRAISE, is a supernatural FORCE that causes you to stand strong in FAITH even when your thoughts or circumstances are coming AGAINST the truth. All throughout the day, THANK God in ADVANCE for what He’s GOING to do. When you DO, just like Abraham, you will be EMPOWERED by FAITH to see the fulfillment of the PROMISE!

THOUGHT FOR THE DAY:

NOTHING’S TOO SMALL FOR GOD, TALK TO HIM ABOUT EVERYTHING…

We hear all the time that NOTHING is too BIG for God. But have you ever thought that a problem was too SMALL for God? Are there things in your life that you haven’t prayed about simply because you thought it didn’t MATTER to God? EVERY detail of your life is important to God. He knows the very number of hairs you have on your HEAD! That’s pretty AMAZING to think about. If He keeps track of every hair that falls from your head, SURELY He cares about the things that YOU care about. He wants to be INVOLVED in EVERY area of your life—not just the BIG things, but the SMALL things, TOO. Don’t wait until you have a MAJOR crisis to pray, and don’t hold BACK. You’re not inconveniencing God. You’re the apple of His eye. Open your heart and talk to Him about EVERYTHING because NOTHING is too small for Him!
