THOUGHT FOR THE DAY:

LET IT GO AND TRUST GOD TO MAKE YOUR WRONGS RIGHT

The reason many people have no joy or ENTHUSIASM is because they go to bed each night with unforgiveness in their HEART. They’re reliving their hurts, thinking about their disappointments, stressing out about somebody who’s trying to make them look bad, upset because somebody’s playing politics in the OFFICE. Here’s the PROBLEM: If the sun goes down with BITTERNESS, it will come back UP with bitterness. If it goes down with RESENTMENT, it comes back UP with resentment. That’s blocking God’s BLESSINGS. That’s giving the enemy a FOOTHOLD.

BEFORE you go to bed each night, you NEED to say, “God, I’m RELEASING every negative thing that’s happened to me today–every HURT, every WORRY, and EVERY disappointment. I’m forgiving the people who did me WRONG. God, I’m going to bed in PEACE.” When you do THAT, the sun will go down with nothing blocking God’s BLESSINGS. Don’t go to bed at night with any kind of DEFEAT still in your mind. Let it GO and trust GOD to make your wrongs RIGHT.

In your anger do not sin: Do not let the sun go down while you are still angry, and do not give the devil a foothold.

THOUGHT FOR THE DAY:

THE MOMENT YOU PRAYED, GOD ESTABLISHED A SET TIME TO BRING THE PROMISE TO PASS

In life, oftentimes we are WAITING for something; waiting for a DREAM to come to pass, waiting to meet the right PERSON, waiting for a problem to TURN AROUND. When things aren’t happening as fast as WE would like, it’s easy to get frustrated. But you have to realize that the moment you prayed, God established a SET TIME to bring the promise to pass.

God has a set time for your OPPORTUNITY. There is a set time for that problem to turn around, a set time for your HEALING, your PROMOTION, your BREAKTHROUGH. It may be tomorrow, or next week, or FIVE YEARS from now. But when you understand the time has ALREADY been set, it takes ALL the pressure off. You won’t live worried, wondering when this is ever going to happen. You’ll RELAX and ENJOY your life knowing that the promise has already been SCHEDULED and your answer IS on the way!

THOUGHT FOR THE DAY:

STAY AT REST, KNOWING THAT NO WEAPON FORMED AGAINST YOU WILL EVER PROSPER

Our Guardian GOD is right by your side to protect you today. He guards you when you go OUT, and He GUARDS you when you return. He guards you NOW, and He will guard you ALWAYS. You can’t go ANYWHERE without your Guardian God. That’s why you can live from a place of PEACE, a place of FAITH, even though there’s TURMOIL all around you. Stay in PEACE. God didn’t say you wouldn’t have to FACE these things. But He DID promise He will RESCUE you from the TROUBLE. He has a hedge of PROTECTION around you, a BLOOD line that the enemy cannot CROSS.

God has been guarding you since you were BOR . If you knew all the things God has ALREADY kept you from, you wouldn’t WORRY about what you’re facing NOW. You would stay in PEACE, knowing that GOD has you covered. You’re NOT at the mercy of fate, bad breaks, or a dreaded DISEASE. Stay at REST, knowing that NO weapon formed against you will EVER prosper.

The LORD will keep you from all harm–he will watch over your life; the LORD will watch over your coming and going both now and forevermore.

THOUGHT FOR THE DAY:

YOU HAVE EXACTLY WHAT YOU NEED FOR WHERE YOU ARE

When David went out to face Goliath, he didn’t have any protective armor, and his only weapon was his SLINGSHOT. King Saul had good INTENTIONS when he tried to get David to wear HIS armor and use his SWORD. But SAUL’s armor didn’t FIT David, and it would have weighed him down and HINDERED him. THAT’S because what God has given OTHER people is not going to WORK for you. Don’t try to be like somebody ELSE. “I wish I had THEIR talent, their LOOKS, their PERSONALITY.” What THEY have wasn’t DESIGNED for you. You are UNIQUE. You are one of a KIND. The Creator of the universe has custom-MADE you. NOBODY has what you have.

You have to be CONFIDENT in who God MADE you to be. You’re the right SIZE. You have the right LOOKS. You have the right personality and GIFTS. You have EXACTLY what you need for where you ARE. However insignificant your sling and five STONES may seem, they’re MORE than enough for a GOLIATH.

He picked up five smooth stones from a stream and put them into his shepherd’s bag. Then, armed only with his shepherd’s staff and sling, he started across the valley to fight the Philistine.

THOUGHT FOR THE DAY:

DON’T LOOK AT HOW BIG THE PROBLEM IS, LOOK AT HOW BIG OUR GOD IS

When you’re in tough times, the ENEMY will come in like a FLOOD to convince you that the disease is too BIG, you’ll NEVER get out of debt, your CHILD will never turn around. He knows if he can keep you defeated in your THOUGHTS, he’ll keep you defeated in your LIFE. The BATTLE is taking place in your MIND, but you’re not FIGHTING on your own. Today’s Scripture tells us that the Spirit of the Lord is fighting FOR you, pushing back forces of DARKNESS, keeping that sickness from taking you out, moving the wrong PEOPLE out of the way, opening doors that no man can SHUT.

Every morning when you wake up, you need to power UP and get your mind going in GOD’S direction. The OBSTACLE may be high, but our God is the MOST High. The disease may be POWERFUL, but our God is ALL-powerful. Don’t look at how big the PROBLEM is; look at how big your GOD is. Think POWER thoughts, think can-DO thoughts, and set MIRACLES in motion.

THOUGHT FOR THE DAY:

STEP BY STEP, HE’LL LEAD YOU INTO YOUR DESTINY

Most of us wouldn’t have any problem with taking a step of faith–STARTING a business, going back to SCHOOL, moving to a new LOCATION–if we knew where the MONEY was coming from, how LONG it was going to take, and that the right PEOPLE were going to BE there for us. But HERE’S the key: God doesn’t give the details. He’s not going to give you a BLUEPRING for your whole LIFE. If you had all the facts on how it’s going to HAPPEN, you wouldn’t need any FAITH. He’s going to send you out not KNOWING everything. He leads you ONE STEP at a time. If you have the courage to step into the unknown and do what you know He’s ASKING you to do, He’ll show you ANOTHER step as He did NOAH. DOORS will open that you could NEVER have opened, the right PEOPLE will show up, you’ll have the FUNDS and any OTHER resources you need. STEP BY STEP, He’ll lead you into your DESTINY.

THOUGHT FOR THE DAY

LET WHAT GOD SAYS ABOUT YOU HAVE A PERMANENT HOME

I’ve learned that if you fill your mind with the RIGHT thoughts, there won’t be any ROOM for the WRONG thoughts. When you go around constantly thinking, “I’m STRONG. I’m HEALTHY. I’m BLESSED. I have the favor of GOD,” then when the negative thoughts come KNOCKING, there will be a “No Vacancy” sign. They won’t be able to get IN.

You need to take inventory of what is occupying the rooms of YOU life. If you give FEAR a room, faith gets left OUTSIDE. There’s not ROOM for both. If you give “I CAN’T make it” a room, then increase, promotion, and abundance are left OUTSIDE. Quit renting out space in your mind to your PROBLEMS and self-PITY. Tell those negative thoughts, “You’ve occupied my rooms long ENOUGH. I’ve got a NEW resident coming in. My new resident is FAITH, JOY, PEACE, HEALING, and VICTORY.” Let what GOD says about you have a PERMANENT HOME.

THOUGHT FOR THE DAY:

YOU HAVE TO RELEASE WHAT GOD PUT INSIDE

One time in the Old Testament, an army invaded Jerusalem and killed their KING. For the first time, the people of Israel were without a leader. They were DISCOURAGED and didn’t know what to DO. As they sat there thinking that it was over, the prophet Micah rose up and said, “Now why do you cry aloud? Is there no king IN you?”

I believe that God is saying the same thing to each of US: “There’s a KING in you.” You may have made mistakes, but you are STILL a child of the Most High GOD. You may have gone through disappointments, but You have royal BLOOD flowing through your veins. You may have missed good OPPORTUNITIES, but let these WORDS sink deep down into your spirit. “The KING is still IN you.” “The QUEEN is still in you.” You are STILL wearing a crown of FAVOR and clothed in a robe of HONOR. Now YOU have to start calling out that KING, calling out that QUEEN. You have to RELEASE what GOD put INSIDE.

THOUGHT FOR THE DAY:

WHAT STOPS OTHERS IS NOT GOING TO STOP YOU

In Acts 28, the apostle Paul was bitten by a poisonous snake on a small island named Malta. Paul didn’t PANIC, but simply shook the snake OFF and went about his BUSINESS. The local people waited to see him swell up and suddenly DIE, but after a long WAIT and no HARM to Paul, they decided he was a GOD. They weren’t far OFF; he was A SON of God.

In today’s Scripture, the word “DESTROY” in the original language means “to NOT have its INTENDED purpose.” There will be times when we get bit by a sickness, a divorce, or a loss, but like with Paul, that poison is NOT going to have any EFFECT on you. Its purpose is to take you OUT, but because God DESTROYED the works of the enemy, it’s not going to have its intended PURPOSE. GOD has the final say. What stops OTHERS is not going to stop YOU. The Most High God is pushing BACK forces of darkness. What HE’S purposed for your life WILL come to pass.

THOUGHT FOR THE DAY:

THE ENEMY CAN’T STOP GOD’S PLAN

As we go through DIFFICULTIES, it’s easy to live worried and STRESSED. The circumstances may LOOK frightening and overwhelming. A virus is spreading FAST. The ECONOMY is taking a nosedive. In the noise and chaos, it can be hard to hear GOD saying, “Be STILL, and know that I am GOD. You’re in the middle of a MIRACLE.” RIGHT now, the Most High God is pushing back forces of DARKNESS that are bent on DESTROYING you. He may not deliver you FROM the trouble, but He will bring you THROUGH the trouble.

TODAY’S opposition may be bigger than anything you’ve EVER faced, but it’s NOT a surprise to GOD. The apostle Paul says, “God ALWAYS causes us to TRIUMPH in Christ.” If you’re not seeing the victory YET, don’t PANIC. You’re in the MIDDLE. God is keeping the SICKNESS from taking you out. The enemy can’t STOP God’s plan for your life. HEALING is coming. RESTORATION is coming. BREAKTHROUGHS are coming. It’s not going to be NATURAL. It’s going to be SUPERNATURAL.
