GOD CREATED YOU WITH A PURPOSE AND HAS A PLAN FOR YOUR LIFE

Before the foundation of the world, God laid out a PLAN for your life. He created you with a PURPOSE, FOR a purpose, and He created you to be SUCCESSFUL! He has MARKED MOMENTS already laid out that are going to come across your path. These MOMENTS are NOT ordinary. They are destiny-ALTERING moments. They are designed to thrust you YEARS ahead.

Ecclesiastes tells us that time and chance come together for EVERY person. That means you will have OPPORTUNITIES to meet the right PEOPLE, opportunities to advance in your CAREER, and opportunities to fulfill your DREAMS. God has already prearranged for you times of INCREASE, PROMOTION and BLESSING.

Today, open your eyes of FAITH and see the GOOD things God has in store for YOUR future. Thank Him for what He’s DOING and what He’s ABOUT to do. Thank Him for divine CONNECTIONS and marked MOMENTS because He is ready and willing to fulfill EVERY dream and DESIRE He’s placed within your heart!

WHEN YOU DILIGENTLY SEEK GOD, YOU WILL FIND HIM…..

When God is first place in your life, and you make pleasing Him your highest PRIORITY, then you can fully expect to live a BLESSED, FULFILLED life! In today’s verse, notice who God rewards. It’s not people who half-heartedly seek Him. It doesn’t say “people who only think about Him when they’re having a problem;” or “people who will only come to church when something special is going on.” No, God rewards people who EARNESTLY seek after Him. That means we are DETERMINED. We get up EVERY morning and thank Him for His goodness. We go through the day MEDITATING on His promises. We give Him PRAISE in the good times AND the tough times. We are constantly STRETCHING, GROWING, LEARNING and STRIVING to KNOW Him better.

Today, remember, when you DILIGENTLY seek God, He PROMISES that a reward is coming. He promises He will give you STRENGTH, WISDOM, FAVOR, good BREAKS, PROMOTION, HEALING and RESTORATION. When you seek Him with your WHOLE heart, you will FIND Him, and you won’t be able to OUTRUN His goodness and blessing!

THOUGHT FOR THE DAY:

SEEKING THE LORD IS A VITAL NECESSITY

What things do you consider a vital NECESSITY in your life? In other words, what CAN’T you live WITHOUT? Most people would immediately think of food, water and shelter; but in reality, we can’t really live unless our MINDS and HEARTS are set on seeking the LORD. Sure, you can EXIST without seeking Him, but you are called to MORE than just mere existence. You are called to LIVE…to THRIVE…to enjoy your life ABUNDANTLY! The GOOD news is that you have complete CONTROL over what you set your MIND and HEART on. YOU decide what you THINK about.

I encourage you today; set your mind and heart on seeking the LORD! Write down your favorite Scriptures and commit them to MEMORY. Whenever you can, THINK about those verses. MEDITATE on God and His infinite LOVE. Make a habit of SEEKING Him and ask Him to REVEAL Himself to you. When you require the Lord as a vital NECESSITY, you will truly ENJOY living the ABUNDANT life He has in store for YOU!

DON’T WASTE ANOTHER SECOND, LIVE THE ABUNDANT LIFE JESUS CAME TO GIVE TODAY, AND EVERY DAY!

Are you living the ABUNDANT life Jesus came to give? I’m not talking about living in the fanciest house or driving the newest car. No, His promise of abundant LIFE goes WAY beyond material things that this world offers. ABUNDANT life means “life to the FULL.” That means no matter what is going on AROUND you, you can partake of the full BLESSINGS of God. You can have PEACE in the midst of a storm. You can have JOY when things are uncertain. You can have HOPE when circumstances seem hopeless. As BELIEVERS, a lot of times it’s easy to look at that verse and think, “God is going to give me abundant life SOMEday.” But the truth is that God wants you to have abundant life TODAY! Don’t waste another second living in mediocrity or settling for less than God’s BEST. Receive His blessings by faith TODAY. Receive His HOPE, JOY, STRENGTH and FAVOR. Declare that you ARE living the abundant life TODAY and EVERY day!

THOUGHT FOR THE DAY:

SET YOUR DAY IN THE RIGHT DIRECTION, BE THANKFUL

Did you know that every morning you have the opportunity to set the tone for your WHOLE day? When you put God FIRST and decide to go out with a grateful ATTITUDE and a POSITIVE frame of mind, not only will you FEEL better, but you’re going to draw in the GOOD things of God. You are paving the way for SUCCESS and VICTORY. But if you get up thinking, “Man, life’s a drag. Nothing good EVER happens to me. It’s going to be a lousy day,” then you are going to ATTRACT defeat, failure and mediocrity.

Today, CHOOSE to set your day in the right direction. Find something to THANK God for. If you have to, make a list of all the GOOD things in your life and post it on your bathroom mirror. As you continually CHOOSE to set your mind on HIM first thing in the morning, you’ll pave the way to VICTORY and enjoy the GOOD things He has in store for YOU!

BE ON THE LOOKOUT FOR GOD’S GOODNESS

All around you, God’s GOODNESS is on display. The question is do you SEE it? The scripture talks about how God was in the midst of people, but they knew Him not. Too many times, God is working in our lives, showing us FAVOR, PROTECTING us, sending us HEALING, but we don’t recognize His GOODNESS. For example, if you’re in a crowded parking lot and a car backs out so you can get a front row space, that’s the GOODNESS of God. If you’re going through a difficult time and a friend stops by out of the blue and cheers you up, that’s the GOODNESS of God.

We have to remember not to take the LITTLE THINGS for granted. All through the day we should be saying, “Thank You, Lord, for Your GOODNESS. Thank You for my HEALTH. Thank You for my SPOUSE. Thank You for the OPPORTUNITY that You have given me.” Today, be on the lookout for His GOODNESS. Remember, what you SEEK you will FIND. Seek Him and thank Him for His FAITHFULNESS and BLESSING upon every area of your life!

I’M CALLING FORTH YOUR SEEDS OF GREATNESS

TODAY, I want to declare words of BLESSING over YOU. I want to call forth your seeds of GREATNESS. Someone may have told you what you can’t become, but I’M here to tell you what you CAN become. As a believer in JESUS, ALL of the BLESSINGS in His Word belong to YOU! Receive it by FAITH today! You are a person of DESTINY. You are EQUIPPED. You are TALENTED. You are CREATIVE. You were designed for a PURPOSE. You are LOVED, CHOSEN and ACCEPTED by Almighty God. There is NOTHING you can do to make Him love you MORE and nothing you can do to make Him love you LES. His grace is SUFFICIENT for you. His angels have CHARGE over you. You are BLESSED coming IN and blessed going OUT. You have uncommon WISDOM. You have uncommon JOY. You have uncommon PEACE. HE is your vindicator, and He will FIGHT for you! NO weapon formed against YOU shall prosper as you serve HIM all the days of your life!

IT’S A NEW YEAR, AND IT’S TIME TO BE THE NEW YOU

As a follower of Christ, you are a NEW creation! You have a new SPIRIT, a new WALK, a new LIFE! Are there “old” things” in your life that you are trying to get RID of? Maybe you have old BEHAVIORS or ADDICITIONS that you want to CHANGE. Remember, the NEW is near. It’s a new YEAR, and it’s time to be the new YOU. Let this year be the year you BREAK old habits and addictions. Let this be the year that you move FORWARD into a new life of VICTORY. And your new life includes all the spiritual BLESSINGS the Lord has promised in His WORD. You have a promise of PEACE, HEALTH, PROTECTION and PROVISION. Be ENCOURAGED today and know that no matter what is happening in your life right NOW, you can embrace the NEW life God has prepared for you. Make the CHOICE today to leave the old BEHIND—leave behind old BEHAVIOR, old THINKING, old WORDS. Embrace the new by FAITH, and you’ll move forward into the life of BLESSING the Lord has in store for YOU.

THOUGHT FOR THE DAY:

WHEN YOU WOKE UP THIS MORNING, GOD GAVE YOU A GIFT CALLED “TODAY”…..

TIME is the most VALUABLE commodity that we have in life. It’s more valuable than money. You can make more money, but you can’t make more time. When you woke up this morning, God gave you a present called “today.” And with that gift comes a RESPONSIBILITY. The scripture tells us to REDEEM the time, to make the most of every OPPORTUNITY. That simply means don’t let it go to waste. Don’t live this day unfocused, unhappy, negative or defeated. Make the most of EVERY day. God has ENTRUSTED you with His LIFE. He has breathed His very breath into you. He has put gifts and talents on the inside of you. You have seeds of GREATNESS deposited in you. You’re a person of DESTINY, and you have an assignment and a PURPOSE to fulfill!

I encourage you today to EVALUATE how you are spending your time. REFOCUS your life. Let go of any distractions. Shake off any self-pity, any discouragement, any disappointments of the past and run your race with PURPOSE. Be careful how you live and REDEEM the time so that you can fulfill the DESTINY He has prepared for you.
